Transactions: the bill payments you make, including amounts, billers, meter, smart card or phone numbers, and dates.

How we use it

To create and secure your account and carry out the bill payments you ask for.
To meet our legal duties, including identity verification and fraud prevention.

Your account is protected by a passcode, and every payment needs your transaction PIN. Data is sent over encrypted connections, access by our staff is limited by role, and staff actions are recorded in an audit log.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as your account is open and afterwards for as long as the law requires us to keep financial records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, subject to the records we must keep by law.
